Walter founded Terrasimco in 1969 originally as a land speculation organization. In the late 90s, Walt worked with his son, Neal, on cutting-edge processes involving Buckminsterfullerene generation. Since then, Walt has lead the company using decades of acquired knowledge into process controls, holding over 60 patents in the mining, wastewater and papermaking industries.

Arlene was elected the CEO of Terrasimco and has held her leadership position in the company since its inception. Specializing in the financial side of the company, Arlene's steady leadership has resulted in years of success for Terrasimco.

Logan graduated with a Master of the Sciences in Mechanical Engineering from Duke University in 2014 and has been with Terrasimco ever since. Logan manages the NC office and acts as lead engineer for the process and controls side of Terrasimco's solutions.

Roy has 30+ years in industry, working on chemical processes and custom solutions before joining us in 2015. Roy now heads the hydroelectric side of our business, designing, programming and installing both our full hydroelectric custom solutions and hydroelectric integration packages.

Dominick graduated from Duke University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2021. Dom boasts a wealth of knowledge across all engineering fields and acts as design mechanical/electrical engineer for most new projects.

Joining Terrasimco in 2015, Ryan has been the core of our fabrication team since the NC office has opened. Ryan oversees all fabrication and construction of Terrasimco solutions in NC, specializing in 508a specifications, welding practice and design, and process/control instrument implementation.

Jean has acted as our office manager for 5 years, coming from years of experience in project coordination and parts acquisition. Jean's primary roles include vendor relations, quote/PO/invoice generation and shipping/logistics.

Frank has 3 years of experience working on Terrasimco projects, including panel fabrication, frame and piping construction and shipment coordination. Frank also acts as primary contact for warehouse work and coordination.

John came to Terrasimco in 2022 with decades of electrical, joining the company with focuses on panel fabrication and electrical equipment refurbishment.

Since she was 3 months old, Carver has been working in the NC office of Terrasimco, lifting moods and cheering on our team with licks and woofs.
